2.8.5 Organization Tags​

Set organizational keyword tags to provide foundational data records for maintaining organizational data (institution, department, personnel, group, position, etc.), and support batch import/export functions for organization tags.

Note: The "Tags" here are primarily used for organizational references, serving as input parameters for formulas and rules to automatically calculate and retrieve corresponding organizations.

[Detailed Functions Note]

  1. Create: Create basic tag data records.

    • Tag Name: Requires manually input, to be required and unique.

  2. Edit

    • Tag Name: Can be modified, but must be unique.

  3. Delete

    • If the tag record is not referenced by any organization, it can be deleted; otherwise, deletion is not allowed.
